On Saturday night, at 18:25 hrs Station 4-4 was dispatched to the 200 block of Cambridge Rd to assist Station 4-9 (White Horse) on a dwelling fire. Crews from 4-9 arrived and found a 2-family dwelling with fire on the Alpha-Delta part of the dwelling. Sadly, a deceased victim was found inside the dwelling, another patient with burns was air-lifted by Sky Care to a hospital. Tanker 4-4 was assigned to water supply, as Engine 4-4-1 split crew and was assigned to check for extensions to the 1st and 2nd floor of the main part of the dwelling. Squad 4-4 personnel reported to staging and assisted with salvage and overhaul. Station 4-4 was available at 22:40 hrs.
