Station 4-4 Assists 4-7 On Dwelling Fire and Runs A 1st Due Crash

On Sunday, at 11:53 hrs Tanker 4-4 was dispatched to assist 4-7 (Paradise) on a dwelling fire at 3210 Lincoln Hwy East. LCWC advised responding units that a space heater blew up in the attic. Cheif 4-7 arrived and reported smoke showing and requested 2nd alarm. Engine 4-4-1 was then dispatched and was assigned to assist with a fillsite at Denlinger Pond. Station 4-4 cleared the fire call at 12:45 hrs.

At 13:08 hrs Station 4-4 and EMS was dispatched to New Holland Rd and Rt. 340 for a vehicle accident. LCWC advised responding units that a vehicle was on its side leaking gasoline. Crews arrived and disassembled the fuel tank from the vehicle to secure the leak, and applied AFFF foam to the spilled gasoline. Station 4-4 went available at  14:16 hrs.
