On Friday morning as some of the members were getting ready for our 8th Annual Community Days and Auction, Station 4-3 (Gordonville), 4-7(Paradise), Station 4-4, 4-5 (Kinzer) Truck 4-2 (Gap), Rescue 4-8 (Ronks) and EMS were dispatched for a barn fire, at 54 Old Leacock Rd. Deputy 4-3 arrived and reported a working fire and requested 2nd alarm. Engine 4-4-1 arrived and went interior to assist with fire suppression. Tanker 4-4 set-up a port-a-tank operation at the end of the driveway. The fire was under control in about 45 minutes.
